The Olympic Residence is only Mongolian Properties’ most recent luxury apartment project. Mongolian Properties’ first project was the Park View Residence, completed in 2007. The project was so-named because of its views of the Children’s Park. In 2009, Mongolian Properties completed its second project, the Temple Residence. 2010 will see the completion of the Regency Residence. This will be the first mixed-use complex completed by Mongolian Properties.

Since 2002 Mongolian Properties has met the growing needs of foreign and domestic clients searching to rent or purchase properties in Mongolia.
