Layouts
The Olympic will be multi-purposed 18 floor building. The second and third floor will be set aside for office, retail, and restaurants, with floors four through dedicated to condominiums, duplexes, and penthouse suites.
Ground Floor
The ground floor of the Olympic will house the lobby where a friendly staff will greet and assist residents. The building will have three separate elevator bays, allowing residents to quickly move from the lift to their apartments. The ground floor is also home to the first level of the mall, with over 1,000 sq meters of retail space.
Second Floor
The second floor will sport 7 different retail locations, ranging from high-end clothing brands to electronic goods stores. In addition, spacious offices with large board rooms will be available to companies interested in being in the heart of Ulaanbaatar. Large glass windows will allow for proper lighting in winter months, reducing energy bills while improving morale and productivity.
Visitors to the southward facing café will enjoy cappuccinos while taking in the sights of the Boghd Khan mountain range as well as the Children’s Park.
Third Floor
Two upscale food courts on the third floor will offer residents a wide variety of dining options during lunch hours. At night, bars and exquisite restaurants will offer culinary treats for those with more discerning tastes. And as guests enjoy the delectable dishes, they can also take in the sights of snow capped mountains.
Fourth Floor
The fourth floor is the first floor with apartment housing. Options range from 2-3 bedroom apartments to penthouses. The fourth floor is also home to a residents lounge with a terraced area over-looking the third-floor dining area.
Sixth through Eighteenth Floors
These floors have combinations of premium condominiums, high-end duplexes, and penthouse suites. Refer to the different maps to see the different combinations.
